Find the Right Path for You
Every session at Whispers from Peace is guided by the EGCMethod® — Equine Gestalt Coaching, a somatic, nature-based process where horses act as partners in your healing. Whether you’re working through something deeply personal or simply ready to feel more like yourself, there’s a path here for you.
Private Sessions
Work with Lizette and a horse in a private, supported setting. Ideal for those navigating grief, relationship challenges, emotional blocks, burnout, or a pivotal life transition.
Group Sessions & Workshops
Experience the EGCMethod® with others in a facilitated group setting. Powerful for teams, women’s circles, support groups, and anyone who finds strength in shared experience.
Trauma-Informed Coaching
For clients carrying the weight of trauma, Lizette brings a trauma-informed lens to every session — creating a container where healing can happen without re-wounding.
Horse-Guided Self-Discovery

Private Sessions
One-on-one. Deeply personal.
Best for: grief, transitions, anxiety, creative blocks, relationship patterns, burnout.
Setting: private outdoor session at the ranch with Lizette and one horse.
Pacing: entirely yours. Sessions unfold at the pace your body and heart can handle.

Group Workshops
Community healing. Shared breakthroughs.
Best for: teams, women’s circles, support groups, anyone who finds strength in shared experience.
Setting: small group (typically 4–8) outdoors with Lizette and the herd.
Format: half-day or full-day. Lunch and rest space included.

Trauma-Informed
Safe. Grounded. Held.
Best for: clients with trauma history who need explicit safety and pacing.
Setting: private session, structured around regulation and choice.
Pacing: body-first. You set the pace. Nothing happens without consent.
Note: not a replacement for clinical mental-health care — works alongside it.
Self-Discovery
Less structured. More intuitive.
Best for: first-timers, transitions, decisions, or moments when something’s stirring you can’t yet name.
Setting: private session with one or more horses, very open format.
Approach: the horse leads. Lizette steps back. You follow what surfaces.
