What a group workshop is
Experience the EGCMethod® with others in a facilitated group setting. Powerful for teams, women’s circles, support groups, and anyone who finds strength in shared experience.
Small-group sessions held outdoors with Lizette and the herd. You’ll work alongside a handful of other participants — each bringing their own intentions, each witnessed with care. Groups are intentionally kept small. No one gets lost, and no one has to carry more than they came in with.
New to this work? Private sessions are a gentler entry point.
