What a group workshop is

Experience the EGCMethod® with others in a facilitated group setting. Powerful for teams, women’s circles, support groups, and anyone who finds strength in shared experience.

Small-group sessions held outdoors with Lizette and the herd. You’ll work alongside a handful of other participants — each bringing their own intentions, each witnessed with care. Groups are intentionally kept small. No one gets lost, and no one has to carry more than they came in with.

New to this work? Private sessions are a gentler entry point.

What groups offer that private work can’t

Shared witness

Being seen by others in your process — and seeing them in theirs — is part of the medicine.

The herd, together

Multiple horses respond to group energy in ways a single horse in a private session cannot.

Community after

Many participants stay in touch long after the workshop ends. The bond is real.

“Our group had people from every walk of life and every kind of history. Lizette made every single one of us feel like the most important person in the room.”

COMMON QUESTIONS

Group workshops, answered

How big are the groups?
Typically 4–8 participants. Small enough that no one gets lost; large enough that the group dynamic does its work.
Can I bring a private group? (team, family, friends)
Yes. Lizette runs custom workshops for teams, women’s circles, recovery groups, family systems, and small private cohorts. Reach out to scope dates and format.
Do I need experience with the work or with horses?
No. Workshops are designed to welcome first-timers alongside experienced participants. The horses meet everyone where they are.
What’s the schedule like?
Half-day and full-day formats. A typical full-day workshop includes a morning circle, equine-guided sessions, lunch and rest, and an integration close.
How do I know which workshop is right for me?
